Performing and supporting Property & Casualty reserve analyses, the full-time Senior Actuary will ensure the accuracy and integrity of loss reserves while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Conduct quarterly Loss and LAE reserve analyses across assigned lines of business, ensuring compliance with actuarial standards Develop actuarial insights related to reserve performance and emerging risks, collaborating with Claims and Underwriting Contribute to team effectiveness through collaboration, sharing technical knowledge, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives Required qualifications: 5 to 8 years of actuarial experience in Property & Casualty insurance, with a focus on reserving ACAS required; FCAS designation or active pursuit of FCAS preferred Strong understanding of loss reserving techniques and actuarial modeling Proficiency with actuarial reserving software or programming tools Experience with financial reporting, reserve reviews, and regulatory requirements
