Guide and coach teams on Scrum practices to ensure effective delivery of business goals. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure the team adheres to Agile values and principles. Work with the Product Owner to help maintain a clear and prioritized product backlog. Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted team progress. Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions. Track and report Agile metrics to stakeholders and drive continuous improvement. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and ownership within the team. Support team members in adopting Agile mindsets and self-organizing behaviors. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and coaching.
