We're recruiting on behalf of a global alternative investment firm who are looking to add a Legal Counsel into their team.
\n \nThe role will focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial and corporate agreements, including NDAs, service agreements, engagement letters, vendor contracts, purchase agreements, loan agreements, joint venture documentation, side letters, operating agreements, and other transaction-related documents.
\n \nThe ideal candidate will have prior contracts experience, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
\n \nPrior in-house experience at an investment manager, RIA, private fund, asset manager, or broader financial services firm would be highly relevant.
\n \nLocation: Greenwich, CT
\nSchedule: 5 days on-site
\nComp: Up to $220k base + up to $100k bonus
