Well-funded GenAI company · US remote

You'd join an established legal team, reporting directly to the General Counsel.

The enterprise business is scaling fast and there's no commercial playbook yet.

You'd write it.

What you'll do

\n
• Own customer and partner negotiations end to end: enterprise agreements, API and developer terms, DPAs, vendor contracts
\n
• Build the contracting infrastructure from zero — form agreements, negotiation standards, approval thresholds, and the tooling to run them
\n
• Be the lawyer sales calls first, and get deals closed
\n
• Structure partnerships where licensing and third-party content rights drive the deal
\n
• Direct outside counsel where it makes sense
\n

What we're looking for

\n
• 5+ years negotiating commercial contracts, most of it in-house at a high-growth software company
\n
• Fluent in the standard stack: MSAs, order forms, DPAs, NDAs, vendor and reseller agreements
\n
• Comfortable in the deal room with sales on live deals
\n
• JD and admission in good standing with at least one US state bar
\n

Privacy, licensing, or consumer-terms experience is a plus, not a requirement.

US remote.

Total compensation + equity package expected to start around $500K.
